I dont think announcements of the games progress so far is not breaking the NDA.

On the website they said by the end of the closed beta everyone is going to have a key so they have like a week or two to play the game, they are doing this because they want everyone to be able to try it and they want to see how the servers react.

The beta keys have already been handed out, you missed it. But if you are registered on the acclaim website you still have a low chance to get a beta key. Good Luck

Not that I know of but if you go to this site http://9dragons.acclaim.com/ and sign up they said they are giving away beta keys every day or so. Just sign up and maybe you will win one

Look at the link in the other topic all your have too do is type in two names and you can eaisly get the beta key from someone else.
