They might be more aggressive on ero servers? But they are not aggressive at all on lionna. Maybe more money to be made on your servers so they pursure it more.

Best would be go to the website for lineage2 and you can find out most of the answers ya want. And yes pvp has a purpose as you can siege to control castles at higher lvls.
