We need more games that take an approach to grinding similar to Guild Wars; there is none.

Don't we all wish buddy. There is nothing currently offered that will meet your needs. I think in the future we can only hope games like Darkfall, Guild Wars 2, Mortal Online, and some others fill in that blank that were all looking for.
