You might be able to get by with most of it but the 512MB of Ram will cause some major FPS problems, need 1 gig ram minimum most likely.

Not using voice chat should be perfectly fine. Most squad will ask that you get on teamspeak but few will require a Mic.

Sorry to be an ass but Beta Test means testing the game and providing feed back very few betas will be "good" you are just looking for a free game to play and shouldn't expect any beta to be "good".
