So many of these arguments are based on WoW and similar games. Stop arguing your point based on limitations or mechanics SOME games have when it comes to PvE/PvP.
This is the reason we aren't understanding each other. You think mmo's = the cur…

I don't. I don't have to. When I agree to let someone else pay my subscription I will agree to justifying my game time. That aint gonna happen.

Wow. It was an honest question and I was looking for a real answer. I wasn't "waving my pvp Epeen" around.
I was asking how it plays into their RP. If I was roleplaying, it would be a massive immersion killer to ignore something going on that…

It already exists. It's 95% of the mmos ever made. Why do PvEers feel …

PvE can always be artificially enhanced/nerfed with no backlash. The Lich King isn't going to cancel his sub if his Armor get's dropped by 3%.

It's barely even an mmo. I played it at launch and got bored extremely fast. My SWG guild played as well, and they all quit within a couple months.
It's a good shooter, but far from a good mmo.
You all seem to be so stuck into the themepark style of games. Using points like "without PvE where would gear progression come from" etc.
MMO's do not need to put PvE first. I'm sorry you guys think PvP is just a small feature of a game, …
