There are multiple servers. You can create multiple characters per server. Some servers have way more people than others and are bogged down with lag so be careful which one you pick.

This is why I never sign up for a free trial unless I plan on sticking with the game. My memory is just too full of holes to remember to cancel! LOL That's great that they gave you a refund, though! Maybe stick a post-it note on your monitor next…

I absolutely agree. I don't care about pvp one way or the other. As long as the game is fun and gives me plenty to do, pvp usually isn't a factor. The fact that pvp is usually screwed up in some way in every game makes it even less of a factor.
