only europe...no ip is blocked but only the ips from europe are allowed i gues... you can get around it if you use a proxy from inside europe. the servers will think youre european and let you play...

it's wasd for movment...as i remember going back is pretty slow but running forward is quite fast especially th ehigh level skill dash or the other one of the wizard somekind of teleport to mouse pointer. you can become pretty fast with it
