For me this is just an example of how reviled the U.S. army is, and the war in Iraq. I certainly wouldn't dream of shooting anyone in the head for playing with/teasing children.
I think this video says more about the people it upsets than the soldiers involved.

Watch Schindlers List and then re-watch this clip. If that's as bad is they are behaving out there, then they are all to be highly commended.

If the kids were in danger of dying from dehydration or something of the like these men might deserve a good punch in the face, hell they deserve it anyway. I personally find more fault with the fact that these are the people we are sending over there. When you spread your military thin and still need more you are going to have to let in those who shouldn't be normally allowed to make life or death decisions.
This is why it pisses me off, or at least one of the reasons, when most Conservatives rant about the media being biased when they choose to use their coverage to cover the deaths of Iraqi Civilians and Police as well as our own troops instead of showing more video of troops handing out candy. For every 5-10 American Soldiers who hand out candy you have 2-3 of these assholes.

I have to say that those men are jackasses, but they don't deserve to be shot in the head. The people that I feel shouldn't be even related the the US military are the tankers that crushed the iraqi's car for stealing wood. They had no reason to pull there weapons and shoot the mans car, and to crush the car was rediculous. The dude was a taxi driver. Stealing wood should not result in destroyed livelyhood. Despite some mishaps they're doing suprisingly well. This video (fake or not) is an attempt to nullify all the effort "good" soldiers did. Not so long ago I saw a video of a soldier playing (a suprisingly well, considering he was in full combat dress) game of football/soccer with some kids.
I can understand you're having trouble with the war in Iraq, so am I... But don't take it out on the soldiers. Yes, there probably are loads of assholes among them. But in that kind of situation anyone would become an asshole. And frankly I think there are far less assholes than there should be, considering how stressfull being there is.
