Anyway, I can't believe how pathetic some ppl. are -- their life actually revolves around getting into a beta video game.

Maybe you could find a word besides pathetic? Since the vast majority of people who have something they idolize will dissagree with your use of the word.

If anyone could give a beta account to a worthy cause, I'd really appreciate it. I'm starting up a WoW fansite with my friends called wowsource.com, but none of us has a key yet. One of us needs to get a key some time and set up a live WoW video stream while playing it (like joshietv).

I'll take a beta spot any day. It is kinda sad but that is the only thing i look forward to right now....beta. so if someone would give me their account i would love them forever and ever. In fact, I'd really like a beta account, I'm sick of hearing my friend saying, yeah my orc shaman is x level or has x item. Makes me jealous. =(

I think CIM has a point. I saw on Ebay maybe 30 auctions to sell a BETA WoW account for around $100 and up starting bids. For many, getting to play their most highly anticipated MMORPG, WoW for example, is a highly sought after treasure where someone is willing to dish out alot of $ to accomplish their aim.
Is this right? Should we sell our BETA account online to those willing to do anything to play in the BETA for WoW? This is a personal decision we all must face right now. I would not sell my BETA account if I had one- I am one of the many wanting to win MMORPG's great giveaway tonight

How is that mind boggling??? The beta can sometimes be the most fun part of the game. #1 you can help the game evolve in the way you like to see it evolve. #2 you get a big jump over everyone who dosnt have the beta. #3 its alot better than just waiting around here and talking on stupid forums all day. #4 ITS FUN!!!!!!!!!!

Do you know how many ppl are already in the drawing??? Over 8500 right now, I am already aware of this information. So lets look at your chances...Not very good, better than the lottery, still not very good. If I won this beta contest I would surly pass out and most likly never wake up. Or I would play WOW beta for 30 days strait with out food or water and end up dieing.{guess I wouldnt go that far, but you know what I meen}.
