I've been doing extensive OOC chatting in areas from lvl 20 to lvl 70
And I'm sorry to say, we're all loving it. They're spending their time enjoying the game instead of wasting their time here.
Newcomers to this forum.. don't dwell on the whining here. This game is BIG, a success, and VERY popular beyond just initial hype.
And wtf were you guys talking about with the whole no content after lvl 45? I've been playing non-stop and I've leveled me and my cousin's character to 62 on just quests. You guys must be horrible at exploring.
Oh, and. People who are complaining about the bugs like they've made or broke the game are simply naive. It's like you've never played a launch before.
One more thing. We're GLAD they made a game for decent+ rigs. Why must developers cater to YOUR crappy computer? Go play a cartoon mmo if your computer can't handle or get a better computer. Complaining isn't going to make them smudge up the graphics just for you.

Good show good show. Wait what? Sorry man, but they have gone far beyond salvage on this release, and their constant banning of guild leaders because they are collecting money from their guild is getting old.
Max level is far to easy to achieve. The instancing is far to much, and the bugs are terrible. Starting the game without bankers? Wow, who missed that little oversight rofl.
None the less if they don't change stuff around 180 they will flounder and fail. They have tried to cover up, and keep the public from knowing what the issues are by keeping the boards private, and this is where people let others know the truths otherwise they get banned from the main boards.
Want to play a game that if you are successful you will get banned? Go play AoC. Want to play a game so chalked full of bugs that even the dev team has come out and said it might of needed more time? Go play AoC, but don't let people say it is all hunkydory and fine.
1. Just because every damn guild leader that gets banned comes here doesn't mean it happens often and unless you're behind the scenes I really doubt you have any idea what's really going on with those banned beyond the little stories they tell you here.
2. Don't be an idiot, their forums aren't private.
3. The bugs are benign compared to other mmo launches.
4. It levels about the same speed as WoW. You can get max on WoW within a week.

give it 3-4 months see how well it doing by them most people will be lvl 80 with all most nothing to do . im not even trying to lvl and i can get at least 2 lvls with in few hrs .if was i lvl 80 . well id be back on wow are what every game i have installed .

WOW.. you're a horrible reader. If you spent time to look at what you're trolling, I've made it to lvl 62 on just quests. Wake up.
If the game is so good and such a huge success theres no need to come here and tell us. It will sell itself. The fact there are ALOT of people complaining about many things means it s not doing so good for alot of people. Some want to hear why so they can make a decision. I ve seen many people that were avid backers of the game say now they were somewhat wrong. I for one don t like it at all, does that mean it s a bad game no. To me it does though. If you think what you re saying is the gosspils truth, you re wrong because i ve logged into the game a few times in the last few days and have seen many people displeased and are cancelling. Many won t of course because they like the style. One thing you need to remember what you like doesn t mean everyone else will, plain and simple.

I disagree with you on some of your points.
1. (as corrrelated to your numerical points). True not every guild leader has been banned innocently but enough has to have Funcom launching an official investigation to look into how many innocents were banned. Truth of it all is if only one person who was innocent gets banned because of Funcom's tactics that that is one too many. There are other ways of weeding out the exploiters rather than saying "ok..everyone with more than X amount of gold gets banned. No questions asked." Little extreme to me and it reminds me of the time when SWG banned everyone who had duped credits (whether they possessed them from true exploiting or buy getting them because a duper gave the guy credits because the duper bought a piece of armor from the buyer). They got a lot of flack for that. Funcom does not need to repeat that.
2. True. Their forums are not private. They changed that two days ago.
3. The bugs are pretty bad ones. BUT, funcom are quick to fix them. So in a sense you two are both right and wrong. Wrong for you because AoC has some pretty hard core bugs (banks and traders whiping out gold, etc) and wrong for him because Funcom are quick to fix the issues.
4. When I was in between jobs last year it took 8 weeks to lvl to 70 and thats with guildmates running me through every dungeon and bliztekrieging the quests and thats with about 6 hours a day of gameplay
In AoC i am lvl 58 and I play about 2.5 hours a day and its been released for 13 days now.
I am 100% neutral in AoC. Neutral because I rate the game 5/10. I dont hate it and I dont love it. I just want to give you a neutral perspective of the game as well.

I couldn't very well say if you're not playing there no point and talking about how you hate the game. They want to "warn" people about their butthurt just as much as I want to be the voice of the MAJORITY that loves this game.

given the game play of most people wanting to get to max lvl . they should have at least have some update ready to bring out . at least give us few snippets to look forward to . im sure they have planed for this to happen once all the silly bugs are sorted . they will hit us with a big update .it 6 in the morning im half a sleep dont care if that all you can reply by mocking my post . get a life

Max level in 250 hours yes pretty easy but then most of us do have family, jobs, etc and can't afford to play 24/7.
Instancing is a matter of personal taste. I don't need 500+ players all cramped into the market zone to have fun. YMMV. Just because everyone isn't forced to be in the same instance as a sociopatic ganker, or rampent Chuck Norris joke teller doesn't make it bad.

I never once said i hated it i said i didn t like it , theres a big difference. I m going to say that of 400k that was sold you re right i m willing to bet 200-300k like it. That said theres alot that don t which means people want to discuss why they don t. Just because you say it s great etc etc doesn t make it great for everyone. Do you get it yet?
