Please post the time you validated the open beta key and also the time you received the email - this will give peeps a good idea as to the response time etc.

Took ~20-30 minutes. "welcome to war" don't mean jack though as still can't log in.
waited for over an hour, and still no email. My bet will be between 1-5 hours before it arrives. And after that, you have to accept it, and after that you need a 200gb patch and then you can play. My bet will be tomorrow.

Yeh I validation the key around 4pm, nothing as of yet
passed the 1h mark just now about, and no email yet.
do we need to wait more after they accepted the key, or can we go directly to patching?

I'm sure we'll get another update soon saying that the servers are now offline due to some bullshit and everything will be "resolved" for early tommorrow.

Note: PlayNC will refuse to allow you access to your account if you forget your password and can't provide a scanned image of the product key for the first product you purchased..... LOL

Ya know there is one who reads aloud what we typed in and another types it into an old typewriter by what he hears - both Frenchmen - then send it (with letter doves!) to some former French colony in Asia and some dozens poor street kids are hired to hack it into the computers. Then some 99 year old monk informs the Frenchmen via Telepathy about the success. Something like that, I am sure.
Entered the beta key 3 hours ago and got the welcome email 1 minute later, but that email IS NOT the validation email. People are just starting to report over at WHA the receipt of an email that states they have sucessfully registered an Oen Beta key. When you recieve that one, you can login and patch.
