Well got my validation e-mail after 4 hours and they state that my login and beta key was invalid. Ofc i immmediatly double checked everything everything is as it should be., correct code and correct login/username used,,,,, So ive revalidated with another key i got from a competion(first one was from my preorder retailer). If i get the same answer from the second key im gonna cancel my preorder. Never in all my 10 years of playing various mmorps have i ever encounterd anything like this beta or no beta. They should me ashamed of themselves.

I usually dont post if i dont have anything relevant too say. But this mess got me abit irritaded. i can live with the forst 24 hours going sour(it happens) but they should have been on top of it by now if they are the least bit concerned about there customer.
Well i entered mine over 4 hours ago now, infact probably nearer to 5 hours ago.
Sadly i pre-ordered the game from Direct2Drive, so did my g/f and now both of us would very much like to cancel these pre-orders but sadly it is not possible to do so from direct2drive. So it looks like we are stuck on this adventure wether we like it or not.
Im going to see how it goes once GOA actually get the game going properly and if it is still as piss poor as this then me and my g/f will both cut our losses and get the NA version.
Havnt tried the game atall yet and the more screw ups that are happening the less i can be bothered with it.
Sadly WotLK is looking more and more inviting as the hours pass.
Well played GOA, you where given another chance with WAR and that is one hell of a chance, this bloody game is a gold mine but at this rate the EU version will go tits up before it even hits release.

He is gonna be pissed! But it is dog eat dog in these queues - I would also push him over if we are getting chased by zombies so I can escape while they eat him
You heard them - asynchronous validation system. In other words it prolly sends emails to the office where they compare s/ns and check them out in a spreadsheet and then someone else manually activates accounts .

Just to let you guys know, I finally got in. I had no email, but after 3 hours+ I just fired up the patcher on a whim and typed in my login and password. Authenticated fine and is now patching.
So try your patchers even if you don't have the email.

Revalidated my second beta key 30 min ago or so since they claimed my first was invalid.
So i thought i have to wait 5 hours again for the next chance to get in but look and behold...I managed to fire up the patcher without getting any validation e-mail and is now patching.
So just fire up the patcher guys/girls and try and log in you never know,
I got the code fine now, what i wondered is , is everyone getting the authentication error through the patcher after they have had there registration completed. Wondered if they have mentioned wheter this is gonna be sorted if so.

Erf after all that problems hearing ur key isnt "valid" that must be terrible.
If that happends to me aswell i will accept my latency and get rid of my euro warhammer.

Yes that is the email to say your account has been validated, next step is to put your key in and await another email that may or may not come.

The normal beta key i got form a site its over 4 hours no validation email
I also entered my beta key from CE edition within 30 minutes got the email
Started patching the game
