You guys gotta be kidding me. Top down view games, especially MMOGs, are a prehistoric design. This game looks so... so... childish. Games nowadays at a minimum should be designed in side view even if it's low budget, geesh!
And yeah every developer says their item mall won't be selling things that actually makes a difference in aiding players, only fluff items. The last guy who said that was John Smedley. Liar.

I'm playing it, and having a BALL for the first time really in ages! Crazy huh? I stumbled on this last night, and don't think I'll be putting it down for a good long while. This is sandbox of the past, made relevant to the present, and lots of FUN.
If you're an ex UO player or just a lover of a good...very good...sandbox games....you might really like this!

Yes there is player housing AND...it's not instanced! As a matter of fact, you design it entirely yourself! I just built my first little log cabin on a very LARGE piece of land by a pretty lake with wildflowers growing everywhere. As a matter of fact...I own the entire little "realm" there. It's called Rhialyn's Haven. Stop in sometime!
The game comes with a game editor. I am LOVING this game! Now that I built this first little place (first time using the game editor) I am REAAALLLY looking forward to making something much more grand. I was surprised at how easy the game editor was to use, and surprised when I uploaded what I built that it actually WORKED! hahaha! So NOW I have to go back in and make something more enormous...lol.

I'll take great game over graphics any day; skill based, no classes, player created realms, I wouldn't care if it was text based, sign me up.
