Exactly. I played WOW for a couple years myself and still stop in now and then for a month at a time mostly to visit with friends still playing but at last stop there were four i saw from my buddy my list has a large number of names on it. I was tired of WOW months ago and from my lack of friends now playing its seems others are as well.  I figure WOW will have subs as long as it maintains servers just as other old games do but its glory days are behind it .

If trolls admit that WoW is a clone taking features from existing MMOs at that time they will no longer be able to troll a game because of that without falling into hipocrisy.

It should only matter as far as the mechanics look like they fit in the game and are fully working and enjoyable, different from titles that rush into adding some mechanics because they are popular, but what truly makes them popular is feeling like they are part of the game.

Example: Damn these companies that make furnitures from wood, they are clones from the big popular one that did them first! Note that they don't even try to credit the ones that did it first, but rather the ones that became popular because of it, and these companies don't give a sh** because your trademark is the whole final product not the individual mechanics and elements that make it (otherwise they would copyright them so no one "copies" them, heh), only gamers seem to "care" about that to attack a game based on these flawed clone arguments.

How dare you come to this site with a well thought out, intelligent post?  :)
