    Very cool really.  I will reactivate my 69 HoX and see if I can make a push towards end game and see if I enjoy it.  Will also enjoy making a new 50.

    Question though.  What content have they added 50-69?  I remember 50-69 being a little grindy with little great content.  How to access what they added?  Didn't they add an entire zone?

    Also at 69 my only leveling options were grinding really.  Is there any new zone/content for 69 and into early 70's?  Thanks.

    I have been waiting for a response from FunCom CS for over 20 hours now. Was really hoping they would get it figured out sooner rather than later.

    My account is in good standing and always has been, so that's definitely not the issue.

    You guys went to the AoC account page and clicked the button to activate the re-evaluation right?  The link is in the email.  It's at the top of the main accounts page.

    Account frozen happens when you don't have an active sub or don't renew.

    Yes, I did everything as instructed.

    Logged into my account, clicked the link, etc..proceeded past there 20% discount/item offer and the account was Frozen afterwards. The issue is definitely on FunCom's end. I just emailed CS again, in the hopes that I'll actually get a response sometime today.

    You can get pvp armor and other gear with pvp experience. The pvp sets are some of the better looking sets in the game (imho).

     I spent the whole day today trying it out again on my 74 guardian. The game still looks the same, feels the same and performs the same - not adequate enough.

    There was great many things to fix, and some most likely are - class balances (those were AWFUL a year ago), and more quests/dungeons to fill the gaps...

    But what I hated the most - really bad user interface, with simplest looking fonts, icons that are hardly discernable one from the other - that is still there, and in my opinion, that may be the biggest thing that draws people from the game, and they don't even know it (just adds to that "yucky" feeling about the game). This is the area of the game that hardly could have been too expensive for a revamp, and it BADLY needs it.

    Combat still feels weird, and I didn't have a single fatality, even though I finished almost every opponent with a combo. It's the single thing that sets apart AoC from other games, but for some reason works very rarely, or in my case, not at all.

    I felt the need to say my parting thoughts on Global chat channel in the game, and was greeted by most offensive language I have ever seen in any MMO.

    Oh well... It's such a pity, really.

    Does your time start up once you sign up for the re-evaluation or once you log into the game? Just wondering because my friend has a slower connection than mine so he is still downloading, wondering if I should wait or not (so I can start at the same time as him).

    I'll wait another day or so hoping this gets solved, I would have thought this chance to win back a lot of  players would have been put together better so it ran smoothly, they seem to be botching a golden oppourtunity.

    A country raised New Zealand girl can kill, bleed, gut, skin and butcher a sheep in about 40 minutes, the sheep are bigger than a large person ... so be careful about pissing off a NZ country girl.

    I just received a response from them, and they tell me that somehow (when I had no registered payment methods....) I purchased a subscription when I tried to re-activate. Which I know for a fact I did not.

    Then the CS Rep proceeds to ask me if I want the subscription removed so I can make use of the re-activation offer...I would have thought it was obvious that I did after having sent two mails asking why there was a problem, but I guess it wasn't that obvious to this particular rep. So now I sit waiting for the rep to get my response and get the job done, frustrating, but hopefully the game really has changed as much as people are saying and I'll find it entertaining. Hopefully I'll get to play today, my 80 Guard is waiting and I want to use my free 50 for a PoM.

    We shall see what happens.

    Edit: Wow, I spoke too soon regarding that CS Rep, she just took care of my response in less than a minute after I sent it. There does appear to be a light at the end of the tunnel, thank you FunCom.

    So far I can not say I'm impressed. It doesn't seem to run much better (still tweaking settings), I got a bug which required a restart where all players were completely invisible to me...

    I also got like 3 shot from a necro on my lvl 80 ToS. Meh, first impressions after coming back are not good. Thank god I didn't come in with high expectations, I'm just fucking around for the 2 weeks I get.. maybe kill some time.


    Also this in game community is terrible. Like, really bad.

    Ok uninstalled that Piece of Shit. Game is still fucking terrible.

    yeah I got the re-evaluation e-mail as well..when going through the activation of your acct process, it's a little confusing. you can choose not to put in any billing info(says it in small-ish type with a "continue" button or something like that) but, if you do put in billing info, you get charged right away, with the 14 days tacked on the 30 days you paid for..you also get the mammoth mount, and another free item..they did knock off 3 bucks a month, it was 11.99..but I still haven't decided whether to do it. playing on my laptop, it will take ages to download and patch :(

    CS  says they are "looking into my issue". Sounds like my problem isn't the same as yours. This is turning out to be as much fun as launch week.

    Good to hear they managed to get you sorted out, definitely need to improve they're overall response times though.

    I'm having a blast PvPing in Old Tarantia on Cimmeria-RPPVP, plenty of targets, haven't received a single hate tell yet and everyone seems to be a really good sport about getting killed.

    All in all, pretty enjoyable so far. My free L50 Ranger is alot of fun to play, always wanted to level one and never got around to it. Between her and my 80 Polearm Guard it's been nothing but good times :)
