And i would love to beta test, it out and give them my feedback. The only thing is i don't want to drop $70 to get a game i might not even get into the beta, or i don't even know when its released. Maybe someone could persuade me differently haha.

AFAIK if you prepay you WILL get into beta, pretty sure it is a garantee.
Kinda in the same boat. I play DF and WoW so adding in a 3rd mmo seems a bit moot when it will essentially be the same game.
See Ive played all the MMO's and looking for somethine a bit different. This game just looks really good fun and different.
Hey just to tell u i wouldnt waste $70 on that game, most likely ur going to play it and then think this wasnt so great thats what happend to me. Hyped the game and all that crap and wasted $70 on it, plus the game isnt in beta its more like in alpha on how much stuff doesnt work and how combat and crap is so bad

I would love to try this game out also but i've never played a first person view game that I could get into. They end up making me sick especially in closed in areas. So the chances that I would be wasting $50 are fairly high. It's disappointing because there are so many features in this game that I like and usually I never let one or two bad things keep me from playing a game (If I did that I would never like a game). I just don't think I would enjoy first person view full time without going broke on dramamine.

Think of it this way.
You don't pay a sub till it releases.
They expect to release by the end of the year. I believe the only way they're going to delay the game is if they can show investors there is enough of an interest in a game like MO. I'm assuming that means more preorders and general chatter/ hits to the official site.
I praise you for saying such words! If you do live up to this than MO will be good as SV does improve the game constantly and is very honest/blunt to the community. So yeah.. If you think like how you posted than go for it.

sadly I know...in fact I've played virtually every MMO and the only one that is currently even worth playing is age of conan and there's a ton of things I hate about the game but the combat and graphics are amazing and the pvp is really fun although almost completely meaningless

Id hardly take your recommendation on a game at full value, everything you ever say just reinforces everyone opinion of you and that is of a angry tester who jumped into the game without actually knowing what you were paying for.
AoC was crap when it released and even worse in beta, the only good area in beta was Tortage. Now your saying AoC is the game to be playing, seriously man grow the hell up. If you can see the good in a game like AoC why the hell can't you see the future potential of MO, I'm just curious.

As for AoC being a good game...sure it was bad when it released but at least FunCom had an actual playable game whereas Mortal Online is a total fucking joke and doesn't even have 1/10th the content that AoC had during its beta and if you think I'm exagerating then you obviously have not played MO.
Also it should be noted that AoC has had over a year since release and they've actually done a lot to the game thus far...so for you to say grow up when I say AoC is a good game then I seriously have to wonder if you're a complete retard since you obviously haven't played it since beta and if you somehow think that a piece of shit like MO could improve if given a years time, then why the fuck can't Age of Conan idiot
Mortal Online doesn't have any future potential and anyone with even half a fucking brain in their head can see this...Age of Conan shits all over MO in terms of innovation...the AoC combat system alone shits all over anything that MO has done thus far...and is in fact the best combat system in any MMO to date...hands down. I also mentioned theres still a lot of things I don't like about AoC but its without a doubt a better game than MO will EVER be.
And have you actually played MO? Have you seen the improvements that have been made to the game since the start of closed beta? Do you know of the improvements to come in the future? You just simply hate the game and just want to rage about it.

I know from not being a retard that MO has zero potential and will never become a good game...it would easily take them at least 2 more years of developing to create a worth while game....thats why I'm raging...because they lied about the state of their game and claimed it to be in beta but it isn't...and they claim to be releasing the game this year? I'm sorry but you have to be a complete moron to think the current version of MO is releasable. And yes I've seen all of the "improvements" that have been made but its still total shit since there still isn't a single fucking thing to do in the game besides pvp
I have to agree with Abloec, Age of Conan was, and is still, broken. Sure, the graphics are nice and the game got a lovely (one of the best) atmosphere, but that's it. I have given AoC numerous tries since the release and it is just not fun at all. Walking around watching the scenery and listen to the soundtrack is not enough. No matter how much I love Robert E. Howards creation, AoC keeps disappointing me. ;(
So far I've spent more time with MO than AoC, and what can I say? I am having fun. The game is really what you make it, sure, it can be boring if you are alone, but with some friends there is always something fun happening. Noone is denying the fact that MO is unpolished, feature and content limited, but I've been following the game since the beta started, and I like what I see. Sure, there is still a long way to go until MO can start to compete with others games,but I think that it can become something refreshing and different, therefore I am ready to support it.

So we're comparing a quest driven, linear, gear dependant, class based MMO that has PvP as an instanced end game to MO?
AoC felt a lot like WoW.
I actually regret buying AoC more then DF.
AoC is the worst crap ever created. Tiny zones and lots of instances in all areas. It felt like a Multi player game rather than a MMO.
I play MO and I have already fun and it's very promising. They takes steps in right direction alll time. Tomorrow another large patch comes and many new things added.
And you need to learn to communicate without being a jerk.
