Game looks good. But full nudity?

Ive been looking at this game for a while and it looks good, But i am not going to get it because of the whole full nudity thing. I know i wont like seeing penises and vajayjays while playing trying to play a game, and i certainly wont like having to explain that im not looking at porn anytime anyone sees my monitor. I just think that it is unnecessary.I wanna know what the community thinks about this part of the game.

Im not going to read any of the comments. Im only going to look at the numbers, so keep the inflammatory comments to yourself.

Wheres the option for who cares one way or the other.  Honestly its nudity, in a game, movie, or real life who cares.  Try and act like you have seen a naked person before.

You play your PC in a shopping mall or something, who is going to see your monitor?? Some naked freak running around with his avatar's dong hanging loose isn't a big deal. Kill em until he puts on clothes or just ignore him. The boobs and vaginas however should be given extra attention. Ruff and then slow and then ruff again. Mix it up and find a good tempo.

 

I think you are being foolish and hyper sensitive -- or maybe trying to impress some broad at the mall that is looking over your shoulder at your monitor.

Human beings used to have absolutely no inhibitions towards being naked around other human beings.  No other animal does.  Christians brought about clothing and decency and, though the reason behind the concept is questionable, clothing is awesome.  Choice is pretty awesome too, though, and how people act towards nudity nowadays is laughable.  Everyone is easily offended on all sides.

Hopefully, however, civilization is moving towards being more accepting and this is a good show of that for MMOs.  Having the option to play a game that has the option to be naked is a good thing.

Who knows if I'll buy the game or not but it's a good social experiment and a good thing for open-mindedness, creativity and freedom for the industry and the world in general (whether they take notice or not).

*I didn't think I'd have to be so specific as to say that clothing existed before Christianity forced it upon people.  Yes, people wore fur and clothing to protect their skin from the sun or to warm them up and did so for long periods of time beforehand.  It was nothing to do with modesty, however, and covering one's junk wasn't the priority.  Christians did that.  Happy, correctfreaks?  The point about Christians bringing about clothing was more to offer a time period look at things and not to say anything positive or negative about Christians, either, so grow up.  Christians forced peoples around the world to cover up and did far worse and far better things, facts and nothing else.

ummm Christians did not bring about clothing and decency. People wore cloths years before mainly due to harsh weather conditions. Dont sprout facts when you dont know what your talking about. tyvm

Nudity in a video game is just a way to get kids excited enough to buy it, or get the ill informed parents too.  I can't imagine an adult being swayed to buy a game because it has cartoon nudity.

People already pay for virtual items, why wouldn't they get excited at virtual characters? No real difference there, both are pixels used to satisfy human desire.

Anyway I fail to see the issue as long as they know that some people may abuse it to retarded outcomes, a nudity filter client-side would be fine to prevent any issues including from those uncomfortable with nudity in-game (whatever the reason is).

Dude, I'm a baptized Jehovah's Witness, which is a Christian religion, and considered really nutty by most. Learn to take the cheap shots in stride and you'll be a happier person.

I've seen alot of realy ignorant things written in these forums.... but WOW ... u win.

So what about Asians with their 5,000 year old lifestyles and religions? totaly non Christian.... pre Christ even... and fully clothed a pretty long time. I don't think that they put on their pants due to their Deep fear of a christian god... LOL

FYI .... The development of a higher state of being... mixed with a side of LARGE population...and a dash of SHAME is why nudity bothers some. Christians didn't create shame, They just attempted to explain it...  BTW This is not a dig.... and i'm not lashing out at you .... you just truly blew my mind with that Tard of a comment. 5 stars for that one WOW...
