I could consider it after the first year of playing.
"Traditionally, massively multiplier online games have been about three basic gameplay pillars combat, exploration and character progression. In Alganon, in addition to these we've added the fourth pillar to the equation: Copy & Paste."
I think lifetime subscriptions are kind of a bad sign if they come out right away tbh, at least gives me the impression the studio wants to just make as much money as possible in a short time without the customers knowing what they're getting for their bucks.
So no I wouldn't, not much has been released at all about this game, but I wouldn't do it for any game without trying it for a long time first.
A lifetime sub of 250$ accounts for more than 2 years in a 6-month sub model, so you'd need to be sure you'll play the game for more than 2 years in order to 'earn' back your money, not smart to purchase when you don't know what you're getting.

Bottom line - SE will never offer a lifetime sub.
Their games are too good, they know they'll make more money in the long run on a monthly basis.
Only crappy games (and companies) offer lifetime subs.
If SE would do that then yeah I would. You can always count on SE to give you a quality game all the time so that is definitely money well spent.
