I had the misfortune of playing Risk Your Life in the beta...Then there was The Sims Online, which was okay but it felt like a overly glorified chat-room...And I hate Everquest...Fairy World just sucked. No excuses...Runescape made my eyes burn...And I was forced to play Anarchy Online and that was a mistake...

Id have to say WurmOnline, the game had potential till they made a billion really stupid rules. Like the game is made to be PvP, but the dev's made a rule where if you killed anyone youd get kicked from the game, but for some reason still made it possible to kill others. And the list goes on...
Lineage 2 -> Repetitive and horrible community. I found out on that day Open-PVP was not my kind of game either.
Jump To Lightspeed -> SWG was okay, I did manage to keep myself busy for over 1 year in SWG. But their JTL expansion lasted me less than 2 weeks. Got to 4/4/3/3 Neutral Pilot, got very very bored of just blowing up ships. Horrible expansion. If you can't find people using TeamSpeak, then you can't do group missions with the lack of coordination.
Second Life -> Nothing is hidden from the description of this game... you create stuff, you show off your stuff and you socialize. That's it... it's like playing The Sims Online on steroids. Do not play this game thinking there's more to it... what I describbed above is ALL YOU DO!
That's all I can think of. There are some MMORPGs like EQ2, Anarchy Online, City of Heroes that I did not stay for a long time, but they did not suck... they just lacked certain things that other MMORPGs had.

1. > THE SIMS ONLINE: This drama chat room has only one thing going for it, and that's the fact that the number of females playing is much greater then the number for men playing. Other then that, complete garbage for a mmorpg that is nothing more then a truly glorified drama-all-the-time chat room. It's really bad when the most exciting move you can make in this game is a "hot kiss" on some chick in the game that's probably someone named George in real life people.
2. > ASHERONS CALL 2: This is truly the definition of a super classic and awesome game with the most disappointing sequel ever. If Asheron's Call has been a movie, it might be a true classic like "The Godfather", but AC2 would have been almost as good a sequel as "Blair Witch 2" was for a movie sequel. Another plain stupid mmorpg with pretty graphics, but not a lot of fun or thought. When killing a wasp gives you a drop of Golden Plate Armor, and there are no npcs and seeing any other players is almost as scarce... this isn't good people. Asherons Call should be embarassed that this POS game has it's name.
3. > LINEAGE 2: Oh my. This game could have and should have been much, much better. Absolutely no customization or difference in look between you and 19,000 other players. The armor is all the same, the weapons are all alike. The faces are all alike. When there is like only 5 different faces in the game, and everyone gets exactly the same armor and wep/wand at the same level, this is pathetic. Huge fields of nothing but players standing in line and fighting over mobs to grind definately doesn't help. Dungeons being camped by high level bots is inexcusable. This game isn't worth 12 cents per month, much less $12.95, and the box is definatley much better produced then the crap, no originality, garbage coding on the CDs.
...and while I speak on the subject let me also state what I think is "THE WORST MOVE EVER MADE BY ANY MMORPG"...
... Ultima Online. A perfect 10 game. When something is good, please don't change it to support more players and $$ you greedy EA folks. Your game took a dive from a 10 in my eyes to about a 6 when you introduced "Trammel" and your stupid moonstones. Grrr. Shred your pussy safe from challenge facets and strip then off, leave only Felucia, create more servers instead... and I'll be back in a country heartbeat.
These were all equally bad for me but in very different ways:
- Asheron's Call 2 - Lack of content. Lag. Boring.
- Lineage 2 - Bots, bots, and more bots. Extremely rude and insulting players towards Americans. Kill stealing. PvP newbie killing. And as someone said before, everyone is a clone.
- Star Wars Galaxies - It's been basically in beta since the start. No vehicles at start. Not too much content. Lots of lag. Lots of bugs. Underdeveloped and over hyped. PvP was incredibly imbalanced.
- Earth and Beyond - I just didn't get it.
My favorites?
- Allegiance - The most fun I've had in any MMOG. To bad Microsoft did the ol' hack job on it.
- Asheron's Call - Made some great friends and had some great adventures.
- City of Heroes - Simple and fun and the graphics and character customization are out of this world.
AC2, game was boring, repetetive, and felt like i was just doing the same thing over and over...and did i mention it was boring?
AO, same reason, not that it was complex, it was boring, repetetive, and i felt like i was doing the same thing over and over
L2, I cant say anything that wasnt already said.
EnB, after level 50 there was nothing to do at all...
EQ1, boring grind times infinity.
CoH, boring, repetetive grind, no content, not even a story. Nothing to really do besides "look at how superior my imagination is compared to yours!"
DAoC, boring repetetive grind untill you get to 50 and realize all you can do is kill other people and realize if you dont have ToA weapons, or a buff bot account, you're screwed.
Horizons, it was released not even half finished and all you COULD do was mindlessly kill stuff.
What am i missing.....oh yes, all the other MMORPG's that are really really slow in every aspect, as in they aren't fast-paced. And fast can be fast leveling, fast gain in power, fast "reward" and more skill-based (PLAYER skill not their characters skill) than level based
So far, the only MMORPG i truley liked was AC1, and that one i've burnt out of.
PS, being an MMOFPA, is in a different genre, and i like it a lot more than most other games i've ever played simply because skill determines your power, not just how fast you can tap specific numbers in a specific order depending on the situation.
I'm being hopefull, but untill an MMORPG that isnt a copy and paste of EQ1 comes out, i don't think i'll be playing them much longer.
It relates to a guy trying to get some action (webcam) on a yahoo chat room.
You may find some *female* (note the stars) cyberers (sp?) but no cams. But you keep on looking and looking but you just end up to stick with that free video off some random porn site untill you keep searching for a cam girl.

Asherons call 2 wasnt so bad when i first played it....i played it for like 3-4 months and i got bored of it....they dont have this "Awesome!!!!" feeling to it.... the pvp is kinda stupid but can be fun at times....the game is just to do quests over and over and over again till you get higher lvls and even at higher levels you dont really have much satisfaction.....
As compared to WoW.... it gives me a "Awesome!!!" feeling when i first stepped into the Dwarven city....i went like wow!
I dont think that AC2 has bad graphics.....just that the content is tooo little....they have to work on their gameplay sometime soon....

Lineage 2 is by far the worst I have played. The PvP-rules was a joke and the developers didn't care much about all exploits in the game. Might have changed since I played though, but I doubt it
Anarchy Online was the worst mmorpg I have ever played. I tried to give it a fair chance, I suffered through it for 4 months.
It was released in a horrible, unfinished state, worst than any other mmorpg at that time.
It lagged, it crashed, and basic game mechanics did not work. It lacked the content I had been used to from playing Everquest.
I was not fixed to a long time after I quit. I hear that it got a lot better, but for the time I played, it was the biggest failure I have seen in a mmorpg.
