I suspect all in all there is about 200 hours of game. Per class. However I theroize that a lot of that is shared content. I really dont believe there is 200 hours of completely seperate content per class. As in 200 hours of bounty hunter story quests that a smuggler will never experience.
That just doesnt seem realistic too me. But thats not to say that if I role a Jedi, there wont be 200 hours of play there. I just dont believe all of that 200 hours is class specific with another 100 hours of PVP, killing mobs, dungeons added on.
It does sound too good to be true. I guess we'll see when we play it, hmm?
Well, they are talking about average first time experiences, I missed that. So counting on it staying 200 hours per class is already optimistic. And if it were the case that a Jedi Knight and a Jedi Consular shared zero quests, then they would have said so and would not have take a ranged republic and a melee Sith as an example. They're trying to sell a game here. Reading more than what they're saying is only fooling yourself.
You can replay as many times as you want really, as much as you can stomach. You can do a Jedi Knight going for all light side, all dark side and balanced if that's what you like to do and do that for all classes. It will be a new story line. I however won't keep on paying a sub just to replay something, when I've played most of the content before. I'll stick to what I had in mind, by then GW2 should be out anyway.
Waiting for Guild Wars 2, and maybe SWTOR until that time...
As long as it doesn't have me running dungeons and raids over and over again...to the point of being burnt out, it will be a winner in my mind.
MMO Example: A great thing about LOTRO to me is that exploring is a great part of the game, not the dungeons, raids or skirmishes, which are fun...don't get me wrong. But I get a joy of exploring the area's, questing and doing deeds.
Now I hope SWTOR has a lot of exploring and questing in the game, even though I know I'm going to enjoy flashpoints, dungeons and raids. As a fan of Bioware and the Knights of the Old Republic Series, i'm pretty excited about this game and I have a feeling it's going to be a solid game, that's going to be pretty enjoyable for years to come.
Wildstar (2013) & Elder Scroll Online (2013)
Playing: Diablo 3, WOW, Far Cry 3 & X-Com.
Enjoyed: WOW 5 1/2 yrs, LOTRO 3yrs, GW 1/2yr, DFO 1yr, EVE Online 3yrs, and Huxley (Beta).
Failed to impress: GW2 3months, Tera Online 6 months (best combat system in any MMO I've played) STO 1/4yr, Aion 1/2yr, AoC 1yr, CO, Fallen Earth, DDO, EQ2 1/2yr, WAR 1/2yr, Lineage 2 and FF XI 1/2yr, FF XIV.

They have said that class stories share no quests.
Of course, the personal story is less than half of the total content you will be able to play through per class, so there will be missions that you'll be doing with characters of different classes. Given the length of the personal stories this already provides much more replay value between classes than just about any other MMO out there.
This have the potential to be the biggest rival to WoW. I do not think it will dethonezise WoW though, but I am sure it will have more than the 2 millions subscribers it need to earn money.
I said impossible to say. At this point we have a lot of info, and a lot of it looks good, but until the game really comes out and takes it's first steps in the public eye, we really have no way of gauging how well or how poorly it will be recieved. It's all conjecture until you've played the game.

Make us care MORE about our faction & world pvp!
It will do just fine.
