No one in here cares about what you have to say and they are going to play the game regardless of what you point out. Even if there are "mirror" classes in the game, they are still going to buy it and play it. You made your point, if you even want to call it that. Move on.

Every post you make seems more and more likely that you are troll because you are just craving the attention.

Noone cares? 11+ pages of people not caring? Wow that's a lot of not caring!

    Thought you had left us.

11 pages of people caring enough to tell you they think you're wrong...  but we get threads going just as long over articles with much less substance.

At least one person has already came along and admitted my point is right. A high amount of skills are mirrored between all of the classes, all of the classes have these exact same skills. We're not just talking about core skills like "sprint" but mezzes, stuns, damaging skills, anti-cc, any kind of skill you can think of.

Trolls generally stay with their bridge, if you want to avoid them you have to be the one to leave.

Wow, one whole person.  There can be no debate that you are absolutely correct then.  <golfclap>

His OP is even backtracking on his previous rants about how SWTOR will lose most of it subs during early access lol.

Wow, way to completely miss the point of my post.

I was being general when I used the term 'hundreds.' As in, of all skills in the game combined there has to at least be more than 100 exactly, right?

I'm a full beta tester, this game offers nothing new. Warzones are a pointless sideshow, as is space combat. This game will not kill WoW, or any other game. I predict that it have a huge number of players from preorders, but will lose a lot of players after the free month is up when people realise it's just the same old mmo we've been geting over and over again for several years. Warhammer, Aion, Rift, i'll stop short at FFXIV, because FFXIV was a broken game and I wouldn't exactly call this game broken, but I do have some major issues with it.

Most of the classes are mirrors of each other. Fair enough that all light/dark side classes are identical mirrors, but it also seems like they just made 2 or 3 base classes and mirrored every class in the game from those 2-3 classes. A sith inquisitor is a bounty hunter, they have the same skills almost 100%, just a few skills are in slightly different flavours, ie their mechanics work slightly differently. Most are identical skills just with different names and graphical effects, mechanically they do the exact same effect., even the tooltip is identical. I think Bioware really cheaped out with this aspect.

The voice acting stuff seems a bit pointless, it takes a long, long time to talk to npcs, forcing me to skip all of it, and in release i'll turn all of that stuff of completely. As if that wasn't bad enough, there's a hell of a lot of running around to be done, between the running from npc A to npc B, you don't really do all that much actual combat. Leveling is quite slow, it will be dreadfully slow if you listen to all the npc dialogue.

This game may well retain true Star Wars fans, that's if Star Wars is your main thing, if not, this is just the same old same old with less features, less classes and a whole lot of money wasted on making voice overs for questing.

You havn't play the last few builds have you?

You can turn on auto skip for the conversations in the option menu.

Yes actually I have. I know you can turn it off, and I intend to.

Well and thats teh problem.  Its obvious you don't like the features that Bioware is implemented.  And you don;t like what not only Star WArs fans like, but what BW fans love, and thats story and immersion.  I'm not saying your wrong.  Its your opinion, but the things you dont like and throw to the side is the things that will make this game great for many others.

It would be like if I tried Dark Age of Camelot for the first time and stated I dont like to RvR and then claim that game did nothing new because all I did was go through their pve.

    I understand your point.

basically there are only 3 classes because of the trinity (Healer/Tank/Dps).

as ususal it's haters vs. fanboys aka thempork vs. sandbox.
