Better than the OPs reasoning. I mean you don't like a game and decide not to play. Cool. I can even support that, but finding a game to be "one of the most amazing games I have ever been a part of" and then deciding not to play because he dislikes that the BioWare developers like what Blizzard did with WoW. That just blows my mind . . . and then to actually post that kind of thinking on a forum where even people who dislike the game will rip at him for . . . well, you get my point.

One thing, I wanted to read up on the dev cycle of the game to see if they where going to input hi resolution textures and more chatacter option, and what I found was

To OP: It's long known SWTOR is WoW clone - like Trion, Bioware never tried to hide it. But imo you should bit grow up, I dont play game to support any company and any developer - I play to have fun. If you had fun in beta, you reason to cancel preorder is childish and thats from gw2 fan.

Do you realize that this 'mentality' produced what you find 'the best mmorpg that I played' thus they are only doing what you ask for?
Yet, when they satisfy your needs you criticize them for doing so?
This game has moved far enough away not to be wow theres a thick story if you want to listen to all of it and different systems. Sure its similar to wow in the fact its an mmorpg, but its like calling a food category like suishi the new donuts.
those parts do NOT belong to what you think is the genre. if a game has similar parts with WoW, it's because it copies WoW(and themeparks before and after WoW), not because it's "a MMORPG". You can't mix the 2 things, you are not permitted to equal WoW to "A MMORPG".

ya i stoped using google when adsence terminated me from there program on my crysis 2 fan site, pissed me off so much I deleted all my google emails, which I had like a dozen of them that I had been using for years. I was the biggest supporter but not after that.

I think BioWares new 'clone wars with voices' rpg is laughable. My point is the OP made a thread last week claiming that Biowares new 'clone wars with voices' mmo was the greatest mmo ever made. Now that's okay and was his opinion but anyone who told him it was just a rehash of WOW with voices was deemed a troll by the very same person who started this thread. Now a week later he is still saying the same thing but because it's like WOW he is not going to buy the game anymore. I guess the people he accused of being trolls last week were not trolls after all. I could never see through plastic.

SWTOR is the greatest mmorpg that I won't be playing. Does thet help ? It is not even about the game being like WoW. It is the developers mentality that WoW is the end all be all monolith of Achievement that makes the game to repulsing for me to purchase.

but there's a slight contradiction.
If bioware says WoW is the best and only succesful MMO, and naturally Tor is like WoW(wouldn't make sense otherwise, they want their TOR to be succesful too), then you thinking TOR is the best game ever justifies considering WoW the only succesful MMO, because such a thought allowed Bioware to make your "best MMORPG".
it's like saying i think chocolate is the best candy but i will not buy it from Nestle because they think it's the best too.
This game is wow but with a sci-fi theme. I'm not going to waste 50 on a game that has no creativity Lucas should be ashamed of himself. whats the point of buying games if they are just going to copy paste what wow has done. i can understand a few aspects of the game but when the whole game itself is wow with different models and storyline. "goof luck"
