hmm... im in the same boat with murt except my speech was assigned on the first day of school and i dont have to do in front of 750 people... and it doesnt have to be 10 min long... but other than that we are in the same boat... i guess.

yea...ive heard that plenty..specially with my eyes being as bad as they are

What type of videocard do you get? Soundcard? Do you know that make/model of the motherboard? Can you get more RAM? How fast is your harddrive? ATA100? 133? SATA? CPU and monitor are fine.
Depending on the RAM, videocard and soundcard I would say it's a decent buy. Do you get a warranty as well?
