If you get two different types of RAM from two different companies, the faster one will run at the speeds of the slower one. You can have DuelDDR support, but again... I would highly suggest getting two of the same sticks of RAM.

I'm getting the same RAM, but two sticks of it for my duelDDR motherboard... Also the same CPU, but a different motherboard that's as good as the ASUS and Abit's.
The HDD I got is the Maxtor DiamondMax 9 SATA (150, and ATA 133 support) for $70... that's a little better then the WDs. Setting up a RAID 0 is easy. You get two of the same HDDs, go into the BIOS and click "RAID 0" and poof, it's now works as two drives = one...
They are quick!

RAID 0 is when two HDDs are being used as one... which is super fast for games, video editing, and anything that really uses the HDD.
RAID 1 is when you have two of the same HDDs, but the second one is always mirroring the first... slower, but it's highly used for servers and for data that can't be lost.
It's as simple as turning on a light.
My motherboard support RAID 0 and 1 and RAID SATA.
Mmmm... SATA HDDs... that's going to be sick!!! So fast! Move over SCSI!
