QUESTION:

when I get the *"Beige Blah" monitor, can i take the case off of it and paint it alone?

or do i have to paint the whole monitor...with everything inside,

is ther anyway of taking the case off the monitor?

if so....how?

I've seen super uber PCs with crap monitors... it's all about your machine,  not the monitor.

Mine has battle marks from LAN parties... lugging a 19" isn't easy.

Gunblade...some of us dont have that kind of money

and anyway....if i get a sweeeeeeeeet machine, i want a sweeeeet monitor to match it

so HOW could i paint it? that never got answered

I mean...do I put tape over the holes then paint? or do i take the casing off?

if so...how?

If you don't know what you're doing,  DO NOT take off the case.  I would suggest (not really, but anyway) taping everything you DON'T want to get paint on.

but if a pc can be taken apart so easily...why not a monitor?

and...ill try the tape thing

1 more thing....spray or bucket paint?

Spray!!!  Never bucket paint.

Also a monitor has tons more things inside then a PC.  If it was that easy,  people would be making custom monitors all the time.

It was funny.  I called FedEx and started to yell at them.  I went to get my package today at 9:00am because the door message said it wasn't coming untill Thrusday... I drive over 20 miles to get there... and they tell me it's on the truck...

Around 4:30pm I got it.  I took pictures, etc.  Everything went very smoothly.  I'm just trying to get my ATA 133 DiamondMax 9 Plus to go faster.

It's a nice setup,  the case is HUGE!

I've always been a big fan or green, silver and yellow.  My case is silver with black drives.  I wanted green,  but they didn't have everything I was looking for in those color combos.

My mid-tower case is huge!  Makes my motherboard look tiny.  I have so much room it's kind of sick.

Same thing happened to me... I missed it by 30 minutes.

I love my huge ass 450w PSU silver case.  It's so much nicer then in the pictures... it's metalic silver.

And my FDD is so nice too.

512mb of PC3200 ram

128mb GeForce fx 5200 card

speakers mouse etc.....

$750 after shipping, and it looks really nice...

u gotta get the monitor seperatley though

or should i go with this cyberpower, get an OK case, but a thermal temperature thingy
