    I hope the investors are some Korean crime syndacite, and when the game flops they come after Dave to get thier money.

    I just think that the game is dead, but they are covering it up. Or a new publisher bought the whole thing out. It just doesnt make sense at this time. ::::37::

    Hmm... What kind of idiot would invest more in a game that is in the big negatives(money wise)? It had about 10 people playing, had insulted most of it's fanbase, and has a famous 21,000 view topic. I have a hard time believing these rumors.

    Either way, anyone heard of a game that goes in and out of release about 10 times, and then shuts down back into beta? This is just unheard of crap.

    do a google search on realms, and Kingdom works a korean company now shows up with Mourning... though Kingdom works also worked with mimesis online, which if you knew the product, is another poor product developed in Europe, hmm..... LOL You Go Dave!

    Here is some info I have managed to get some info:


    1. Korean Publisher might have bought Dave out competely. Dave is out of the picture most believe.
    2. Most of the Dev Team has been wiped out, leaving very few of the orginial team. However, It will still be built in Romania.
    3. Game will be beta for a long time.

    Again, just the main rumors. Another mmorpg.com member PMed me with this. Could be more cooked up lies by Dave......

    DB is no better than the people that work for mourning. But if you had a clue about DB's past you would know that. As far as Mourning goes I tend to believe other people in this thread saying they can't login to game after the main site went down.

    As far as COH goes it is a great game with great people working on it.  Just not my cup of tea.

    I do have issues with games that seem to only rip people off and have no clue how to treat the customer base. Like AC2 (which I have a lifetime free account with) HZ and of course this game. I always had issues with things that are just wrong and if people like us don't fight against it these people will only ruin the MMORPG gaming world. It started with AC2 and it keeps getting worse with games like Mourning and HZ.  

    Ironic the two games I bring up had DB working on both. Sort of tells ya something. image

    DB is just a plain old liar... with a bit of a snake oil man thrown in. People say the devs from Mourning are simply naive, and Dave the Publisher is the real demon... but I don't buy that. Egomonster and Tiamat don't seem a bit naive to me... especially Ego. I've chatted to Tiamat on TS and he seems to be a very intellegent, well read, well spoken man... I can't imagine anyone pulling such a huge piece of wool over his eyes.

    Anyway... it's always good fun to see you around!
