Oh yeah, run as Admin, cleared the game, re-downloaded, re-installed, repaired, run as admin, cleared files, repaired, re-downloaded....no more, done.

Thanks though :D, I may give it one more try after I cool off a bit

The installer keeps changing when you download something. Go back into the folder and get the launcher exe. each time and launch as admin from there. I notice if I stick to the deskop one it will not work after it downloads something. I also managed before to use the repair function and it launched after.

WS isn't the life saver from ESO.  I knew in 3 hours of trying WS a few weeks ago I wouldn't play it for free even.

I liked the game but the controls are a game breaker for me, So for that reason I am out . Also the region lock is a big deal breaker as well.

Well...All my belly aching and I finally figured it out. Got it installed and...well...I wouldn't sub to this. A few points lost for me though were:

    1. Art style: The arms look very odd to me. The overall character design just does not sit well with me
    2. The controls: They seem odd, very spastic and not fluid for me.
    3. The fighting: This is a "maybe". Some games I enjoy kiting mobs into a bunch and beating them down, but I am hoping for more now.
In all actuality, I would play this if it was like GW2 with no sub, but, I just could not see myself paying a sub for this. Not a bad game for some, but not really seeing the "Awesome" factor like I was hoping would entice me.

I need to keep an eye on it though, it has potential.

I've played closed Beta through open Beta.  I find Wildstar to be a really solid, fun gaming experience.

Do I love every single thing about the gameplay experience?  No, but for the most part I really like it.

There's PLENTY to do and I find most of it fun.

What's the main things I would change?

I'd take away marking quests on the map and increase the quest text to include a better description of where to go to do any particular quest.  Marking quests and quest objectives on the map encourages the 'click and run' play style that causes players to just go through the motions without understanding why they are doing the quest.

The UI could use some more love.

Wildstar has A LOT going for it.   I understand that not everyone will like it
