Really they could get pretty far with just a working prototype of the game. But this whole distributed development model means it's going to be a colossal pain to stitch together - and my suspicion is that it's the real reason they're running into issues.

CR and his wife should be locked up for a very long time when this is all over.

I'm hoping that the "puniverse" is the proper start of Star Citizen, in the same way that Elite's 5 system alpha was the tangible start of it all. I don't know wasn't he just verifying after all the lies from CR and his wife that what DS was saying was actually true? So in fact DS would be able to sue them for making him seem like the liar when he clearly hasn't been. DS has clearly won, game set match.

Why would these ex-employees break this to Derek Smart of all people, first? Not highly respected game sites with a bigger reach and actual credibility. Why Lizzy, who has connections to Derek Smart, and why after releasing to Derek Smart (it's like they wanted to give the impression that he was on to something).
If they wanted to be heard why give this information to sources that are instantly and easily discredited as being bias sources?
