No, it's not necessary. However, players given the quick opportunity sought the only real content in the game and this was expected.
So at that time, the MASTER bounty hunters quadrupled in number. Kadaara alone is evidence of that. It's turned into a thriving metropolis, whereas before I might see 4 or 5 players hanging around there on Ahazi or Bria.
Doctors now have camped this city, and are macroing buffs to Bounty Hunters. This is another good indicator of that huge population increase in the MBH.

End of SWG? I don't think it will be. I came back to the game after a year and I think it's a bit better this time around than the last, but then again, when I came back.. I knew there would be bugs and slow customer service... so I knew what I was getting myself into on this game.
Yes, I will say, the traffic of people have slowed down a bit from a year ago but I still can find people to hook up with, find things I need, etc. So thats not a big deal.
SOE does need to work on the bugs of this game, I will say that. They have some great idea's and this game could be one of the best if they would just sit down and get things right. I think the people are getting upset at all the changes that are being made and I would too. They need to come up with a good system and then hold to it and stop changeing things every month or so. If they do that and get the bugs worked out... this game will rock! I am wish this game the best and I also hope they work this out to fix this game.
Been there done that: Asherons Call,SWG,AOC,D&D,COH,Anarchy Online,DAOC,EVE,Guild Wars,LOTRO,POTBS,WAR,WW2, and Rift
I left just before JTL came out. I was VERY addicted to the game, but once a guild memeber unlocked and became a Jedi he was forced to go off and hunt in the back woods, and you would never see him again. It was like the anti-community game.
One day I showed up to a faction pvp endeavor. I was having a good time until one stinking Combat Medic showed up throwing bombs that killed everyone through walls. The game was HORRIBLY imbalanced, and this was a year after release?
I cancelled both my accounts the next day.
I am enjoying WoW currently. I wish there was a WoW style game set in the star wars universe. By WoW style I mean balanced and fun.
