    I would like to add that after having muliple orgasms upon discovering how many great legal minds we have here at mmorpg.com, when the EULA became the main subject being discussed in this thread by every pre-law student, burned-out attorney, K mart security guard, and crank, it became useless.

    Lepidus is a paid staff member and was speaking for MMORPG.com and giving their stance on why they didn't feel EULAs were worth respecting, yet NDAs were. You can read what he said in the sticky.

     Well the legality issue was brought up by MMORPG.com first.  That has never been the point though.
