I'm going to disagree with your fourth point on principle. you should always respect your parents' opinion and advice. Listen to them, and then decide for yourself what is best for you, whether or not it follows what they want.
That being said, a good parent should also be willing to reciprocate, and love their children for who they are, not what they want them to be.

This morning, I had to go to work.
as usuall, I get out of bed, I get dressed and prepare my lunch. after watching the news, I get my bag and close the door, . on my way to work, I kept thinking what a nice morning it is today, while I observe the local traffic. after 20 minutes of walking, I finally arrive at my job, and I prepare for a long day of work. about 1 pm, I take a break and I have lunch. I can finally go home at 6 pm.
