I can't wait for the drawing it would suck if someone who is just going to sell the beta account to win that would be really unfair! lol and it would really stink 2 . I wonder what are the real odds of winning I guess 1-100 who knows just estimating (and I'm not good at it). By the way they posted this on the offical WoW forums so it really isn't a secret and they said they have around 11,000 people signed up... (if I remeber correctly I'm pretty sure that was the number though). So good luck all not to be self-fish or anything but I do hope I win .
Well from what I know, the odds are already 1/8500. Not very good, and I think that number has grown. So its not looking good, I would say 1/8800 chance of winning.

This thread is sad,I for one would love to get into beta but most of this thread has been 1 step away from a line of people on their knees willing to do"anything" to get the admin's attention so they can get a leg up.Please everyone wait till 9 then start a thread about how pissed you are about not winning,and how pissed you are at yourself for not taking the knee-pads out of the closet yourself.Like they say you might have a bad taste in your mouth but at least you are in beta.

Anyone else have strange dreams about actually PLAYING WoW? I dont every night, but every so often, Ill be dreaming that Im at my computer playing "WoW". Of course, since I never actually have, in my dreams WoW is never what it actually is. I promise Im not crazy though!

As many of you might already know - we will be holding our World of Warcraft Beta drawing today at 9PM EST (6PM PST). We are anticipating extremely high levels of traffic to the site during this time - likely high enough to give our servers a good butt kicking ;-)
Due to the low number of prizes we will not be running this contest like previous ones - we will only be drawing the 3 winners who will have 24 hours to claim their prize...so there will be no need to worry about timing or rushing to the site to claim your ticket.
We had a very high turnout for the contest with just under 10,000 entries so far. Good luck to you all!"
