Yes, I will. I am having FUN. They have to fix and improve a lot of stuff (chat system, warband, stability, performance, etc). Although its very polished at release.
Absolutely. I love player vs player combat and WAR pushes all the right buttons for me. Varied classes, balanced pvp and rvr on a global scale. I think i'll be having many a good time in future with this one, just a shame we had to wait so long..
"The reality of the poor in America isn't the difference between The Haves and The Have Nots, it is the difference between The Haves and The Have Lots."
Definately resubbing. Yes the game has some issues, but I'm confident they will be dealt with. I'm having a ton of fun with this game and have already cancelled my 2 WoW Accounts.
I don't know though still. Lose my lack of will to log in even this early and I used to wake up early just to read about this game, now it's installed and I have 3 characters getting close to rank 20 so far and I'm just not feeling too much drive to see the next zone, the next set of skills, the next set of armor I'll be wearing for 10 levels identical to every other character of my class, the next renown rank means nothing to me, the next scenario will be like the one before it was with zero variation, the side with the highest levels wins etc...
I can live with the bugs and slack animation, technical difficulties and such as it's release and yeah that's par for the course. Not sure if I can live with the feeling of not really caring if I play that day or not. Honestly I'm probably leaning more toward sticking it out until end game and seeing how that works with all of us stuck in at Tier 4, that might be pretty damn interesting.
But yeah. There are alot of high points that I like, and alot of lows that I dislike. Still up in the air if I'm even liking this genre as a whole anymore. I'm very glad that Diablo 3 is on the horizon let's just say if that game was to release next month, then no, I would definately not be resubbing to this game without a doubt. Since that's not the case and there's not too much to look forward to playing for any considerable amount of time, i can see my self paying to play this game and watch it improve.
At times like tonight however when I sit in queue for an hour (full server is the only way to fly) then I end up only logging in about 45 minutes as I get...weary...of the constant barrage of glitches and beta feel gameplay and log out to browse the forums and such. Times like this make me think that maybe I won't subscribe. Remains to be seen how much patience I have.
I would love to renew my subscription for this after the free 30 days have passed but being a european player, once again they have messed up and there is no subscription page for us to add details into in order to pay for the next month.
I emailed them and all you get as a reply is "There will be a billing section soon, just keep watching the news page on war-europe.com" That's all well and good but two weeks later still nothing, I have 14 days left before I either get cut off for not paying as I can't or GOA/EA to pull their fingers out and get a billing/payment page up and running.

I see your problem, BUT do you honestly think they aren´t gonna have a subscription page up before the 1st month ends ??. If they dont, NOONE will be able to subsribe , so I think you can rest assured it will be up. Alltho i must say, DAMN its late
I'm starting to wish I bought the US version and registered through that, atleast that way I could actually pay a sub and be done with it so I could pay monthly as I used to in WoW and Eve. Couldn't of asked for an easier way to subscribe. Come to WAR and try to subscribe and there isn't a single method for us to pay as yet lol they said use game cards but I am yet to see a single store in my area stock the cards or even say they are planning to stock the cards
When I get home from work I will copy the email I got off them and lets just say it doesn't really spark any confidence that they will have the payment page up xD
I will be resubbing this game. It can definitely use some polishing, particularly some memory leaks and lag issues that a lot of people are experiencing. It's still a very fun game, probably more fun than most games I've played online. A performance patch is much needed and would make this game a lot more enjoyable.
Yes I will be re-subbing. I see a lot of people saying the PvP is too much like WoW, in some ways it is but what will keep me hanging around is the fact that the PvP lasts longer on WAR. By that I mean you can go in to scenario or keep raid and not be killed in seconds. Also even though I have the best gear I can get my hands on, It dont seem to make that much difference, I often last longer than toons 4-5 levels above me and have on more than one occasion taken down toons that are much higher than me using tactics and a bit of cunning.
I'm glad to see so many people are enjoying the game, that's awesome, I've loved my small amount of time as well.
However, to all the other people who said they won't be re-subbing. It seems that many of you are burnt out to all hell, you bought the game, then spent hours leveling up. Of course you don't want to play it, you spent that much fluffing time blasting away at it you need something different to do. That's normal.
Apart from that, the rest of the complaints are incredibly trivial and overly critical points. All the other players disagree with you, those who care about important elements such as gameplay disagree with you. The game is still in it's first month of release, hell, WAR is far more stable and expansive than WoW ever was at release, not many people choose to remember that do they? Things will improve down the track, that's a given, stop expecting it now and casting it out the window simply because you're impatient.
I won't be purchasing my own copy until November, by then any of the major issues people have will most likely be corrected, so works out for me!
Yes, my wife and I will be keeping both of our WAR accounts active. The launch was very smooth and the customer service is very professional. It can only get better from here.

Well put, and here's a warning to everyone wondering whether to get into WAR or not:
You have to play this game from level 1. You don't level to R40 and RR80 and wonder where is everyone else. Due to scenario system, where your character is bolstered to match R8 player (in T1 Scenarios) you can start enjoying RvR immediately without the need to level to cap.
I know this might be a shock to traditional MMORPG-player, but it just is like that.
As for performance, it seem like sometimes the game works w/o a hitch, like when im in dorf or elf land, however, when im in the empire, the game seems to slow down and stutter a bit. This makes me think it can and will be fixed. My computer was put together this summer , so I don't think the issue is outdated drivers. I have an E8400 , 4gig of ram and a 260gtx, so that isn't it either.
I was never too big on pvp. WAR does a good job of fusing pve and pvp. I havn't had this much fun w/ an mmo since SWG was new. I liked WOW when I played that, but everything gets old after a while, everything.
I'm level 12, and I've never been able to enter a scenario because I get deconnected every 5 to 15 minutes... I've tried everything I found on the forums, I've hacked my internet connection in all possible ways... I play Wow or Eve Online on the same computer without any problem. So I won't resubscribe if they don't fix this before the end of the trial period. If they fix it, I believe the scenarios will make me stay at least one more month.
I'm still trying to decide. The game seems pretty good I'm just feeling it might get repetative and the lack of in game regional chat make the game really dead. I might keep it for another month for the RvR and play it as a suplement to Vanguard.

I had exactly the same problem that you did Solendil during open beta and just after release. I updated sound, video, mobo drivers the whole shooting match and was still having problems. A couple of the patches have helped and also a friendly person here reminded me to shut down SLI and try that. The game runs just as well with or without SLI and I no longer get d/c'd. So odd... Anyway, I'll resub for a few months because I'm really having alot of fun. Once I hit 40 and see what types of things Mythic has planned content wise will help me decide if this is a long term option.
I will sub for shure. Most polished MMO released up to now. No critical bugs at all. Also PvP is much action and very fun...

Continue subscription?
Nope. Already cancelled the billing.

Love the game but cancelled my sub due to crash to char select screen issue. I be happy to resub tho if it gets fixed.
Of course! I'm having a blast in this game. Best PvP out of all the mmorpg's by far.

Still on the fence about subscribing.

Of course I will, game is a lot of fun (I live in EU and playing on US servers, as GOA sucks).

In WoW the best gear wins, in WAR anyone can win.

NAw, canceling. I prefer wow pvp to this war slug fest of duck duck goose.

Not polished enough to justify a resub.
