    if any of you want a good laugh, try posting on the mourning forums, but add www.mmorpg.com and see what it does to the link when you post it. haha it makes it www.********** however any other site it will show the link.

    Kilguren calling posters on the forums who disagree with the narrow dogma of accepted posting "stupid". Yet another example of the appauling lack of profesionalism from everyone involved with this game.

    to answer bitey i wrote in a "favorish" tone towards mourning so the post wouldnt be deleted by the dev's/moderators. I couldnt find any other posts in the forums about whats been going on. You'll also notice i posted it in the unrelated section of the forums.

    Keep in mind, this is the group that said that Dark and Light was responsible for the mourning scam claims. The first post has some links to the posts were ego claims that DnL are responsible for the outspoken mourning critics. I bet they must think derfel is a DnL dev or something. Dantufy said some our posts are against CoC yet only his get deleted for flaming. The whole "crusade" thing is a joke as well. Mabye they should research about the 11th-12th century crusades before they run off with those comments.image

    And as you can see, they have deleted/filter any mention of "mmorpg.com" just because of this post. Egomancer, and danfaufy have had flaming fun on this topic as well. For fun, try to type in "somethingawful.com" or "scam" or "fruad", all have been filtered. About the posts, dave recently deleted 3 years of posts to get rid of evidence, and deleted most of the threads this topic mentions. DerfelCadarn made up for this by finding 30+ links to news and forums that abouselty back up his claims.

    As someone who pre-ordered and got ripped off and lied to consistently by these so called "Devs and Publisher", I found this article today about Phishing(Wall Street Journal) http://online.wsj.com/public/article/0,,SB111922540322063658-k2iziFe2OaO0z3gRtu_AvHbEtKk_20060620,00.html?mod=blogs

    This line from the article made me think of Mourning and how scammed I felt for a month.

    "The typical phisher, he discovered, isn't a movie-style villain but a Romanian teenager, albeit one who belongs to a social and economic infrastructure that is both remarkably sophisticated and utterly ragtag."

    Remind you of anyone?

    The worst part is your Credit Card is in the hands of some anymous dave billing company. Giving your american CC to a company outside the EU or North America can be a little dangerous.

    Listen Asmodeeus, seven years ago, Ultima Online didn't even have those pathetic "quests" that you refer to or those "professions" of ninja, samurai, necromancer, and paladin. Nor did it have any of the neon crap, or bug mounts. It didn't even have any "combat moves." You turned on attack and jousted with simplistic swings.     I am not so sure they do, perhaps they need to reminded of this cluster they and the Publisher have created... perhaps duplicity, so eloquently detailed on these forums will show other crooks that Mourning is not the way to create an mmorpg...  maybe not....  lol   image

    Your joking right? How are they devs "poor"? They just like their friend Dave. They are scammers that ripped off pre-orders and for a tottally unfinished game on a CD-RW. Then they allow the servers to be down 2/3s of the time, and ego tells paying customers he's "going home". They don't feel horrible at all, just waiting for another chance to be fraudalent and untrustworthy. Your logic like saying to feel sorry for enron after their massive scam.

    Pretend it didn't happen? It did regardless of how much fanboys like yourself want it to go away.

    so... is just that moderator from 'Maine, USA' or is that where the development team is also?  Our dev core is here in maine as well... I wouldn't wanna be confused with these guys from the sound of it!
