Can't tell, there's only one number displayed.
These are the numbers I see (I'm an Archeum Founder). My wait time simply says: " Wait Time: > 1 h"
i am a free player and last night all the servers were over 2k queue for the US. So everyone is screwed regardless of patron status or free
Odd.
I logged on last night at primetime (6:00ish pm pst) and my queue was 500ish, I waited 20 minutes to get it. I disconnected around 11, relogged, and was back in within half an hour.
So no, everyone is most certainly not screwed, plenty of us are getting in without these mystical 2-3 hour wait times.

this Patron hasn't been able to get into game in 4 days now...sorry to have to hit you with some cold hard facts.

Just passed 3 hours wait, que time > 1hour still lol even as a free player this is a long ass que. One month from now this will not be an issue so no big deal, minimize and do other things...
Been in que since 5:30pm, its now 9:30pm and still 153 ahead of me. I do have the patron status and was a silver founder. Kyrios, the server from hell.
I just paid for patron last night, but who knows if it actually applied with the problems they've been having. Anyways, when I tried to login, there was a 3.8k queue on the newest US server.
I've been struggling with the Queue as well. I grabbed the Silver founder's pack, so I am a patron, however I've not been able to play since Sunday. I'm currently at 3365 in the Queue for Kyrios, and I doubt I'll make it in game before I head to bed. Its been like this for a few days, and who knows when I'l finally get in to play.
The sad part is, beyond the queue, headstart and launch has been more or less severely lacking. And, I believe that a lot of this could have been mitigated with a proper open beta.
For example, with the land grab on the first day, there were two factions (The Nuian and the Firrian) who were pretty much screwed. Each story line quest had a severe bottleneck when many players were trying to complete them at the same time. Hell, from personal experience the Firrian quest to talk to Tahlik was absolutely disastrous. The NPC despawns after someone talks to him, and respawns a moment later. However with the hundreds of people crowded around him, he couldn't respawn (collision detection fail). So, Firrian players were basically excluded from the land grab (Besides those lucky ones who managed to finish that bottleneck before the majority of people got there to screw it up). This persisted for about 5 hours before it finally subsided enough that people were able to progress with the story line and get Gilda Stars. I was told the Nuian had the same issue.
Had they wiped the alpha servers and the characters on the beta servers and forced everyone to start over again during open beta, I'm sure they would have noticed these bottlenecks, and had GMs ready to assist these spawns from the get go at release. They also would have detected issues in their queuing system between patron and non patron subscribers (since the founder packs would be patrons).
To sum up my thoughts: A lot of the major problems seen during headstart could probably have been noticed (and hopefully remedied) during a proper open beta. This is especially true if they actually attempted to get as many people into fresh open beta servers as possible, whether through interesting events, or exclusive items, titles, etc.
Wah, wah, F2P players are freeloaders. For one the publisher decided on that payment model. So you can cry all you want about it, youd be better served crying to the publisher about it. For two I dont see the problem in people being able to try a game before they decide they want to pay for it. I also dont see the problem in allowing players to play at a reduced privelage if they dont necessarily have the money or the time to put into it for a while. This is why I dont play ESO all the time, because Im not going to pay 15 dollars a month when I know Im not going to be on much due to work obligations. So I guess the way the world works is some of us have jobs and other obligations, and those of you who dont your crying falls on deaf ears.
All that aside I tried Arche Age last night and was instantly not impressed when the game took forever to load. Then it didnt even boot up full screen. (For those who want to insert a comment here about how theirs loaded up fine and I need to update my computer or drivers, go ahead and stop yourself you dont know what your talking about.) After that came the que, which I waited 3 hours and was still over 2000 in line so I shut the game off. This morning I thought Id give it a shot and the game loaded up to the first 2 words then stopped. Then I used task manager to close it, but my computer was going super slow like the game was still trying to load so I had to restart my system. And people said ESO had a rough start....
Reminds me of Aion, except they had 12 NA-servers and 12 EU-servers for launch but probably lower server-capacity. During the first two weeks the queue were insane, after three weeks queue was gone, and a few months later they ended up merging servers.
At this point, if they add a new server today, it will end up dead three months later.
Iselin: And the next person who says "but it's a business, they need to make money" can just go fuck yourself.
Still have yet to try the game cause of the que's. Amazing something hasn't been done although as others have said, they open more servers, its just that much more that they have to merge later on when the population dwindles. I am enjoying Project: Gorgen anyway while I wait, so no big loss, but it would be nice to try it some time this week....
The EU servers were all on "blue" status early this morning (CEST). By mid morning the usual suspects had gone to "yellow" and by lunchtime they were ALL RED !
If you want to play on any of the top 5 servers when you get home from work, you better join the queue at lunchtime...
I have school for 4 hours a day and sometimes work 8 hours a day, but I'm still having fun. Sure the queue times are horrendous, but I simply login, go cook, study, take the dog for a walk or whatever while the game sits in queue. Sitting at your computer watching the queue timer tick down only makes the situation worse. Learn to manage your time I guess and wait till the populations filter out.
I'm sure they will probably add another server or two this weekend if the queue's remain as high as they have.
I expect the queues will go nuclear this weekend if they don't add 5 or 10 more servers !
It's the first weekend after launch...
More and more players are realising that you can avoid the login queue by just not logging out... You can apparently remain on the character selection screen indefinitely, and still have instant logins.
Then there's the dozens of AFK macro's keeping characters in the game world for faster LP regen rates.
It will probably take a while for Trion to redesign the system to avoid this exploit, but in the mean time the servers are rapidly being "locked-up" to new entries.

Very funny.

Well, at least they can say it's popular.
For now.
Just passed 3 hours wait, que time > 1hour still lol even as a free player this is a long ass que. One month from now this will not be an issue so no big deal, minimize and do other things...
I'm logging in now..my queue was 700 ...a 30-45 min wait....as a paying customer.
Now my son logged in and had over a 3 hr wait and is still waiting....hes free to play
So free to play has to wait...if you want to get in faster, pay a sub.
It's only $15...cheaper than a movie and some snacks.
They can't make a ton of new servers because they can not merge servers later due to the open world land ownership.
You can't merge peoples plots.
Personally, I don't mind waiting...I'm glad its busy. It's a good game...it will be popular for a long time.
I've started in queue..at prime time at about 750...24 min later, I'm at 400.
I expect to be in game within 30min.
Every game launch I've been in, their are always some horror stories.
Most of the time...the poster isn't telling the whole truth.
Most of the time...they did or didn't do something and screwed themselves.
but they don't tell ya that.
A few folks...just plain unlucky...sorry about that. Shit happens....
Most paying customers are getting into AA with a bit of wait and having fun.
edit...i'm at 336 now
well...it took me an hour to get in game, as a silver founder, patron status.
My son decided to pay a sub tonight, but it didn't help his queue time. He is over 3k out.
I logged in and was only 750 out and at 200 now...40 min later.
I don't understand why that is...
Im on the Naimi server.
at 112 now...before I could even complete this post
they should have overflow servers, with land turned off, I would play just to level my character, until things slow down
I think that is a good idea.
Perhaps offering to xfer characters to legit servers at a later date.
lol pretty much this^^^

10:55 EST at 3229 In Queue. Will report back when I'm in.
Till then, let's sing a song. "3229 afk bots on the wall, 3229 afk bots..."
Clever things.

Time will tell.
Yeah they fixed that u cant see normal and patron users trying to connect.
So people cant complain abbout that anymore.
Tried to connect now and there like 500 patrons i think in front of me.
3:10PM
Estimated wait time 1 hour and 50 minutes.
And yes i am founder.
And while i wait the f2p players are running around AFK on their horses racking up 5lp mer 5 minutes that i wait.
