My first game was Monster and Me 3.0 which only lasted about a year before the shut it down. And even though it was a mediocre MMORPG with pretty basic graphics I really enjoyed it. It was just such a fun environment and everyone was enjoyable to chat with. I think the other reason I enjoyed it so much is that there was hardly any other players so my friends and I ruled the game haha. I then went on a bit of a testing spree. The crafting system was so random that you could join one day and then have the best armours and weapons in your warehouse the next. It was mostly unfinished however and people gave up on it. Followed by the GM's giving up on it. At the time 2.5 was still going and I tried that for a bit but I mean.. 3.0 was already pretty average, why would I want to downgrade?

And now I'm playing Everquest 2. Hahah, I used to play Furcadia aswell but that was more a chat room with graphics. Though there were a few dreams (user-rooms I guess?) that made it like an MMORPG with battle bots etc.
My first MMO was Xenimus (www.xenimus.com) I still play today...great game. Graphics are getting outdated, but still extremely entertaining...I spend more time playing that than WoW.
Mine was Final Fantasy XI, I preorded with PC realease back in 2003 I was a big fan on the FF RPG series and as fan I was easily aware of the upcoming FFXI so I decided to give it a shot. I played it for about a year and really enjoyed it. Loved the scenery and teamwork though it was kind of hard as from level 10 onwards you would have to form a group everyone you wanna go grind. But it was good. After that I had a break for about a year then I started world of warcraft which I played for another year and now im trying out some new ones.
I started off with Ultima Online wayyyy back when there was only one world available and there were no player houses Sigh!

Elancia was the first accual REAL MMORPG i played then the english version was cancelled(never understood why, there was a decent playerbase), that was probably back in 1999-2000.
I heard Opie and Anthony on the radio raving about the fun they were having in Everquest. I decided to go try it out. I was Thinking that i would not like this game as I looked at the box. Boy was I wrong. I was soon addicted. I spent nearly a year addicted to it and I do mean addicted! From the hard ending that was to get me to step away from that game, I have since gone on to many other online games.
Hi Y'all My first was Runescape..still play it..Grafics are not like others..like GuildWars..(I play also Guildwars Factions) But its easy to make Friends over there..and that's what counts I think In november Yulgang starts..YaY I'm going to check that game out also He he can't wait
My first MMO was Everquest. I started about 3-4 years ago and have been hooked to MMO's ever since. I remember being in Best Buy and wondering if I should get EQOA or EQ. They both seemed like good games at the time (I was inexperienced and didn't know anything ). I remember that it seemed like such a new and amazing idea. Hundreds of players playing the same game? Together? Sign me up

I then found myself playing Horizons after a 2-3 year break from MMROPG's. I played a Spearman, and Dragon. I quit Horizons due to getting bored of the "go kill 150 this, and go kill 100 this"
I am now playing SilkRoad, and am burned out on it. I am looking to get into Eq2 now.
lol you realize that Lugian Lithos was from Asheron's Call 1, and you used it as a name in everquest? actually it was Lithos Lugian. just an fyi

The Realm. That game sure was fun and took my time that should have been spent on homework.

First was : Nexus TK. started playing in '98 which makes it roughly 8 years of fun.
Still play even if it is no longer as a hardcore MMO addict but rather as a casual player.
