I dont know if it was simply my own problem or not, but I just found the game poorly optimized. I got a buddy key to try the game, and even though my computer can run any game on high, I seemed to have pretty bad framerate no matter what.

It could easily have been that it decided which graphics card to run on the basis of if it was plugged in while i turned on i guess, since i turned it on when it was plugged in and then plugged it into a charger after it started up.

its not nearly the scariest game but nobody has mentioned it, you might want to give a look at cryostasis: sleep of reason..it should have some pretty scary moments in the game, and get you thinking about not freezing to death
