Vanguard looks very promising. Brad McQuaid, codesigner of Everquest, is managing the project. They are going to take MMOs back to the good old days, no more of this lame giving in to whiners BS that MMOs have been doing lately.
DAOC had a great PVP concept. The biggest problem with it though was its lack of content. The game became very redundent unless you were a hardcore PVPer.
