While Fallout 3 was basically an Oblivion mod, it was an AMAZING Oblivion mod and its sales and many awards can back that claim up. Interplay did a very good job too... but if I had to pick I'd go Bethesda. If both could work on it even better. …

Beta hit 250k not too long ago so I doubt its even at 300k yet. Other than that there is no word on any beta release. I'm a frequent visitor of the official forums and everyone is wondering.

There is ship collision, they have repeatedly said so and have even released information like the bigger the object the more damage you will take. I believe the first couple levels (like the one you see) they've turned it down for learning purposes.

id agree with you if the term sandbox was more concrete, but you can argue whether certain mmos are or anrent sandbox way too easily.
