Actually most of their games are wildly popular. The problem is, is that most aren't MMOs, and the ones that are aren't exactly top notch. They're more famous for their FPS/TPS games (Gunz, Soldier Front, Karma, Genesis A.D., etc.)

If it's an MMOFPS in the sense that Soldier Front is an MMOFPS, then no. If it has a persistent world, and more RPG-ish elements, then yes. If pvp is skill based, rather than level based, i'll be happy.
