After Ragnarok died coming out of the gate, I'm amused that this dev team is still plodding along with a game that isnt really closer to release now than it was in 2015. I guess they're just collecting paychecks until they finally run out of money. …
I think games spend too long on textures for weapons (which you basically never see) and not enough time on nice animations and on the terrain graphics.
Bitcoin is limited to 4.5 transactions a second and the fees are really high.
I suspect they are doing all the storage in their mysterious "layer 2" tech and then maybe writing the location of the DB using Bitcoin once a day.
We have prepaid plans. They are much cheaper than post paid. Who doesn't like saving money?
Also SMS is a terrible form of 2fa. Sounds like they want to make it harder to create duplicate accounts, and they don't really care about security.

The Harry Potter game was a poor clone of Poke Go. Wonder if Niantic has figured out anything new besides walk to location, click on thing, do repetitive action, get 1 percent of something useful.

Stick a fork in it. Lotro is done.
They've had instability and rubber banding since launch. Back when they had lots of revenue they never invested in fixing those problems, and now there isn't enough of a player base left to justify the investme…
I tired to get back into it after a several year break. It would take dozens of hours of grinding plus buying several xpacs to catch up. Instead I bought all of Elder Scrolls Online for less.
I remember asking multiple times for mounts, because running over those giant empty zones sucked, only to be told "it's not in the lore."
Then they eventually added mounts in an xpac. If that's not an eff-you to players, I'm not sure what is.
