Yeah, I had to right-click/show picture the code picture a ton of times before I could see it. Even after I entered it, I had a helluva time getting it to accept without getting an error. Hopefully there will be more keys for everyone tomorrow.

This is pure speculation, but I would guess the servers would go live before then. The game ships tomorrow, and some retailers will have it first thing Tuesday. I don't think they'd wait 'til the last minute to fire up the servers, just in case. …
