If you made a PvP character, they can't go into Guild Hall. They can only go to Tournament, Team, or HoH. If you want to go to the Guild Hall, make a Role Playing character and lvl up.

I'll say continue on to Lion's Arch. If you have stop at "The Frontier," there is more to the mission. From the Frontier, form a grp and then head NW. There will be a mission area called "Ruins of Surmia." Continue your mission from there.

What you mean by "trainer area?" Are you talking about Pre-Ascalon (before the Searing)? If it is, I left there on lvl 8 but you can leave at lvl 3 if you want.
