After 2007 there were a lot of high budget mmos that "failed" (warhammer, AOC, Aion). My guess is, their initial plan was to make a much lesser mmo but when they realized that it wasn't enough, they invested more money on gw2.

Most games are like that But in gw2 you have plenty of options to not "oversexualize" your character, medium and heavy armor classes are better at that it seems.

They could do an early release for those who pre-puchased. SWTOR did that for pre-orders by a few days.

I wish both races were in BW3, yes i would play them, no i don't think they will be. Maybe in a future stress test tho.

I don't think so, we'll probably have a new final event tho and maybe a few new areas. I do think however that there will be, at some point in august, a full game stress test just before launch to make sure everything is ok. It would be embarassing …
