I just found a large list of card reviews. http://www.legitreviews.com/articles/video_card/ Most have the power usage included. this might help too.

Your right i missed that. this is the lowest power card i could find that gives you some performance. i will see if i can find another one. but it will be GDDR3 and dx 10.1 at most.

I would say go for an AMD HD 5670. it has a TDP of 61watt and 14 watt idle. this is an older card but its designed for HP/Dell machines with lower power supplies. Also this card supports DirectX 11, just make sure that you look for a one with GD…

I just started my download and created an account for it. I have to say i had no problems at all creating one. It was done in a minute and the activation mail was in in less then a minute. No problems so far.
