Since I havent seen or read it anywhere on the official forum yet, nothing is for certain. One would certainly hope so, though. At least swimming is a neat feature. Jumping I could manage without, but most likely they will implement it in the game.
The regular level cap is 80. Also there is 20 PvP levels and 20 Prestige class levels. All in all 120 levels to be a pro... Wow, I'm exited about this game!
