I think the petition might be a good way of showing them that we would like to see some form of a download of previous Elder Scrolls games on the XBL/PSN, even Arena would be fine.

I've played on both Xeth and Seradon and it seems to me that the players on Seradon like to chat a little more. This kind of makes it feel as though the population is higher than it actually is.
