I tend to agree, F2P seems to draw some less than stellar players.

I noticed the same thing. I thought maybe I was just not searching the correct phrase, but most references to builds/feats are not reflecting what is available in game from what I could find.

It doesn't seem right that the rating never changes although games go through updates and changes.

There was a message on their official forums they are working on it, no time for repair yet. DDO seems to be offline as well, sounds like a fun day to work for Turbine!
