So far, I've watched Bleach, Ouran High School Host Club, and Tsubasa. Out of all those, Ouran is my favorite with Tsubasa, a close second. I absolutely love CLAMP's stories!

For the answer to your second question, at this point of time any server would be great for low level players but I personally would recommend Antonia Bayle which has approximately 76,000 players.

I agree and I would recommend against making a W/E due to the energy sucking spells that elementalists have. And since warriors posess the lowest power pool of all the professions, the W/E combination wouldn't be very good.
