Someone said if you reapply with a new dxdiag it overwrites. But I don't know for sure. You don't have to have an NVIDIA card to get into Beta as far as I know. I am sure we have ATI people also.

Theres a invulnerability period when you zone so you won't be camping transition points anyway. Ideally an aggression flag on teleporting like in EvE would be beneficial.
